Return or Exchange Policies

Due to hygienic reasons, there will be no return or exchange of the products. We strongly advise you to make a video of unpacking your goods.

Returns and exchange of any product is only possible under the following conditions and by replacement.

No refunds in any case.

1. Damaged Goods

We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our office. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 5 working days of receipt of goods. A full account credit will be applicable for damaged products. Items cannot be returned on grounds of color, choice, or handwork. Despite our best efforts to pack the products safely, very minor leakage is possible in liquid products, but we always ship a little extra product so no quantity is lost. For example, if you order 200 grams of a scrub, we ensure 220 grams. :) If you still wish to return, you can ship it back to us, and we will send you a new package.

2. Wrong Orders

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name within 5 working days of receipt of goods. We shall ship the merchandise you requested as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.
