Charges

The charges for shipping and handling for online shopping depend on the total order weight.

  • For orders less than ₹2000: Standard Shipping Charges ₹149 will be applied to all prepaid orders.
  • For heavy orders worth more than ₹2000: Shipping charges ₹250 will be applied.
  • Handling or convenience charges may apply depending on any special request.

***PLEASE PROVIDE CORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS. NO CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS, PINCODE, AND PHONE NUMBER CAN BE MADE AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. If a customer provides incorrect shipping details, they will be charged ₹99 for reshipping.

Delivery

Items will be sent to the address provided by you on the website. Please make sure to recheck the address before confirming the order to avoid incorrect delivery.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond our control. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, transportation system issues, customs clearance problems, shipping carrier delays, or cardholder’s credit card bank delays.

Time Frame

We are not a fast fashion company. Most of the products are handmade especially for you by our staff after you place an order. We start making the products after receiving an order; then they are labeled, packed, and shipped. We want you to have the freshest products possible, which is why we don't store products on shelves for long durations. Therefore, our delivery time is longer.

Domestic Shipping: The standard delivery time for any domestic order, i.e., orders within India, is 7-10 working days, depending on the location, unless otherwise specified for any particular product. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends and holidays.
